Delete your Keverna account
For guests who use the Keverna app or book on Keverna Stays. You can ask us to delete your account and the personal details on it here, with or without the app.

What we delete
Your Keverna account and the profile details on it: name, phone number, email and preferences. Saved stays on your account. App sign-ins. Every phone signed in to the Keverna app is signed out as soon as you ask.
What we keep, and why
Booking and payment records. The property you stayed with and Keverna must keep these for tax and accounting, and to meet NDPR record-keeping rules. Guest ID records. If a property saw your ID at check-in, the record is kept for 12 months after check-out, then wiped.
How long it takes
We erase your account and personal details within 30 days of your request, and confirm by email or WhatsApp. You can also ask from the Keverna app, in your profile.
